This week I have read a little technical article than before.
It is about Business Process Management(BPM). BPM provides the tools to enable organizations to examine, analyze and improve their processes, with a process being anything that transforms resources and materials into products or services.
In this article, it described that there are important principles of BPM deployment.
#1. Start in a small way : proof of concept
#2. Capture the hearts and the minds of the people who have to use the system
Lastly, the benefits of BPM deployment in a company are efficiency, effectiveness and agility.
I feel that even though the writer is somewhat pro- BPM venders, BPM is something we could use to make our company more competitive if we properly use.
