Air France Debuts Cell Phone Voice Service

When can we freely use a cell phone in the airplane?
This article seems to show the answer.
I think this service(in-flight communications and personal entertainment) will increase its customer value quite a bit.

Hanarotelecom tried to do service in KAL with boeing 2years ago. but that business was failed in korea unfortunitely.it's difficult to make an even-point in business.
