From this month, local governments across Korea will start to form u-cities. According to the National Information Society Agency (headed by Kim,Chang-kon) survey on 93 local governments 12 out of 14 metropolitan cities or provinces, and 29 out of 39 smaller cities, counties and wards are planning to begin works for u-city environment in earnest. I wish I could live in any city where it has equiped with u-city facities such as integrated network in each households....
