IFRS is a new financial accounting principal which will be adpated in Korea from 2009.
There are many arguments on whether the package SW is better or developed SW is better for IFRS.I think we need to consider the belows when making a decision on this.
1. Internal IT team has the capability to implement IFRS within limited time.
2. Can IFRS system be as flexible as to reflect the changes in future IFRS.
3. How much is the total implementation cost?
4. Does the firms need to change all ERP system for IFRS or does have to change partially?
