Sukgu's comment - Computer chips are very small enough to bring me the curiosity of how they plan to place the water cooling system in the chips. As a non-IT specialist, this technological outlook seems incredible. If this technology is successful for commercialization, more powerful with smaller size computer will be prevailed. This is another interesting technological development to see.

IBM and the Fraunhofer Institute have overcome obstacles to cool 3-D stacks of computer chips from the inside. The result could be an acceleration of computing power due to reduced distance between the chips and more channels. IBM its cooling system is as complex as the human brain, with water flowing through tubes as thin as a human hair.
